Mountains Paella

(Paella Montañeza)

Pork, Sausage & Mushroom paella

  • 1 Bag Paella Mix
  • 1 pound lean pork
  • 1 cup smoked sausage
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced pimentos
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups stock or water

Cooking Instructions

In a medium/hot heat skillet add the oil, then add the pork cut it in small cubes and the sausage. Sauté for a few minutes and the mushrooms. After 3 or 4 minutes,  add the bag of Paella Mix, the pimentos and the green peas. Add the stock or water, stir a little bit. Bring it to boil, cover, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes. Serves 5.
